Double
Only thing Busta had on Pun was cardioHis list said hotter than, which he was. Pun even had him featured on the album to bolster sales.
Pun was better lyrically but Busta was right there as far as rappin, didn't need to punch in either![]()

Take it from someone who is from the city in question…No
At his peak you’d hear the hits of course but nikkax wasn’t running around playing Busta albums or anything like that
You have a point with the versatility. His flows were crazy. He just was never a "oh shyt, you hear what he said?" rapper to me.
I'm a fan but the older I get, I'm starting to realize thisbusta jus babbling n dont be sayin shyt jus like twista...
i wannaa see busta go head up with bizzy bone... somebody that be talkin that shyt and spittin
I'm a fan but the older I get, I'm starting to realize this
Like...how many quotables does Busta really have for as long as he been doing it?

"Anyone tells you different is a lie"After 96 no never
Anyone tells you different is a lie
Before 96 I don’t know
As somebody who purchased his first 3 albums
No classics, great singles and hits but a lot of filler cuts. I remember I thought ELE was gone be the one and was so disappointed outside a few standouts
Nas, jay, Jada/styles, multiple wu tang members, x, pun, early canibus were all active during his run and more highly touted
That’s why I said early canibus before the album"Anyone tells you different is a lie"
Then you proceed to throw in bunch of lies like calling Canibus a better rapper than Busta. Canibus at no point in his career was ever a better artist than Busta. Canibus had a horrible ear for the beats, he had the same type of flow while Busta could rap slow, could rap fast, could rap at any pace and kill it on the mic.
Canibus had one of the worst debut albums of all time, then buried himself completely a decade or so later when he exposed himself as incapable of reminding his rhymes, nor capable of actually freestyling when he brought the notebook in a battle against some lame ass Dizaster.
Speaking of Disaster, When Disaster Strikes album alone had a few well regarded classic songs such as Dangerous and Put your hands where my eyes could see. Some of the best tracks of that era.
