Did Magic ever win a ring without Kareem? I get some of y'all like Mike. I am a Tar Heel fan so........but Kareem's numbers and accomplishments are second to none. We really are splitting hairs here. Some prefer Mike, some prefer KAJ. I could make a solid argument for both if we really get in to the minutiae of things. Stevie Wonder or Prince? War or Mandrill? This is more a preference argument than a clear statistical one.

This. Some folks say MJ, but if someone says Kareem I ain't gonna argue. The man clearly has the resume from high school up to the pros for someone to state he's GOAT without folks freaking out. It's not like someone's trying to say David Robinson is GOAT. Stern spent the majority of his tenure trying to get everyone to pretend nothing of note happened in the NBA prior to Magic and Bird which is why most folks react like you're crazy for saying anyone other than Bird, Magic, or MJ.
