kobe been out of the league for three years now....just let it go
HE DIDNT MAKE ALL-NBA TEAMS PRE-KOBE
THAT WAS THE POINT
You fakkit I told no lies
Bosh was a one way big back then. I already posted the article of Bosh looking to shed that perception when he went to Miami. His low post defense and rim protection was never on par with Gasol. He also couldn't initiate the offense out of the post because he's nowhere near Gasol as a passer. In the triangle you need that post up threat and Bosh was never a banger or a low post guy rather a face up and midrange guy who liked to operate in the elbow and drive baseline. Is spacing not a concept you are familiar with in basketball?
Pau and Bynum were both 7 foot bigs who preferred to play with their backs to the basket. Their skill sets on offense were redundant. And they both hurt Kobe when it came to driving the ball to the basket since they both stayed in the paint and so did their defenders. Its the main reason Kobe took so many mid-range shots.
Bosh played more of a mid-range/pick n pop face up game. He would have worked better with Bynum since their skills didn't overlap. Also his superior skills as a shooter would have spaced the floor better for Kobe when it came to driving lanes. Plus his superior defense helps the team trememdously since defense is 50% of the game.
Anyone who knows basketball can see Bosh would've fit better with those Lakers teams than Pau.
You fakkit I told no lies
Bosh, Amar'e, Randolph, Lee, Boozer all them nikkas was sieves and one way bigs in that era. Gasol was a rim protector and was in the middle for great defenses before playing for the Lakers.
Pau was never in contention for the best PF. That was always Duncan/Amare/Bosh etc. Pau wasn’t even considered a top 10 player if I remember correctly either. He gets propped up as Shaq-lite to discredit Kobe’s post Shaq run. Plain and simple. You fakkit I told no lies

They were both your rim protectors you fukking clownGASOL WAS NEVER A RIM PROTECTOR U CLOWN
BYNUM WAS OUR RIM PROTECTOR
CHRIS BOSH WAS EASILY A BETTER DEFENDER THAN PAU
MAYBE TRY WATCHIN BASKETBALL ONCE N A WHILE.. ITS A COOL SPORT
Pau was top 15. Pure bullshyt you nikkas weren't watching basketball back then it's clear as day who the fukk is etc.? More nikkas were in contention than Gasol now?Pau was never in contention for the best PF. Duncan and KG were considered the best PF's. The rest of these nikkas were in the top 5 to top 10 and you ranked them based off your preference. Some thought Gasol was soft others saw him as the most skilled big man in the game there was no consensus.
Nah Dirk was pretty clearly in that third spot if not 2. Otherwise, dudes are wilin. Be clear, when I said Bosh was a better defender, I meant he could switch more effectively than Gasol. Bosh wasn’t even that elite of a post defender in Miami. He benefitted from Dwight being the premiere big in the East tbh. He had nothing for old ass Duncan in the post.Pau was top 15. His name was in the conversation you fukking clown. ABC used to suck that nikkas dikk I remember the telecasts back then vividly and I remember heads calling him the best All-Around big man and shyt like that, and slobbing his passing ability. I hated this soft dirty looking cac Spaniard back then but over time I see his true value as I matured as a basketball fan. You not gonna tell me shyt. It's plenty of articles and footage from that time that can be posted don't do that. That’s the point. He wasn’t top 10. He wasn’t a top PF either. There was never no consensus which is the damn point you clown. His name barely was in the conversation and you talking to someone who lived in California and went to Lakers games in the late 2000s before returning back to NY(I’ve stated on this forum before) so it’s clear who was watching during that time and who wasn’t.
He only gets uplifted to shyt on Kobe. One can take a look at back at that time and Pau name was never mentioned in anything besides maybe some thinking he should have been 2010 Finals MVP in this conspricary against Kobe and David sternlike one person ever had him as a MVP candidate. That’s where it started and ended with Pau: Kobe Bryant.
Thank you for proving my point
I forgot about Dirk. TD, Dirk, and KG were ahead of the rest outside of that there was no consensus. In my inner circle Amar'e was loved, Bosh was never discussed he played in Toronto, and Gasol was Gasol nikkas thought he was clumsy and soft but we knew he was unorthodoxly nice with skills and fundamentals.Nah Dirk was pretty clearly in that third spot if not 2. Pau didn’t really show up as a defender to be until the 2009 NBA finals when he guarded Dwight better than Bynum did.

He was an All-Star and All-NBA in this time period but apparently he wasn't in the conversation for shyt.
We're talking about 2009 and 2010 when he was an All-Star and All-NBA playerThen post the fukking articles clown. You been arguing for pages and ain’t post shyt In fact, you tried to get at me for posting PROOF of Bosh being called the best PF with stats to back up my point
iTs pLeNtY oF aRTiCleS
So why the fukk you ain’t post it then?He made one all star game prior to being a laker, one.
This nikka name was never in the convo for best PF. “bUt pEopLe oN aBC”
