This...these lil dikkriders didn't specify anything about JUST music. Like you said...Drake would love the have the CAREER that Common has now or his legacy.
Initiating the beef was corny on Com's part. But did he get dropped from his label? Why would you say his career is over? He didn't even definitively lose that battle...
Drake played his hand all wrong looking back on it. He should have dropped a very weak subliminal diss after Com admitted he was talking about him on Sweet. Then, let Com respond with what he ended up using on the Stay Scheming remix...then hit him with the Stay Scheming verse - except call him out by name. Drake had the better verse...but the way the battle played out...it didn't come across that he was clear victor.

I very seriously, seriously doubt that...the music career is not even worth talking about...and whenever the music stuff winds down and he starts to focus on acting...considering Will Smith was previously used as a point of reference...and not to shyt on Common, who all things considered is doing about as well as can be realistically hoped for in the world of acting considering his talent level and range as a token rapper-turned-actor...but i find it very hard to believe drake would consider having common's acting career as it stands today as anything but a huge disappointment compared to what he would have imagined and dreamed of
