Nah, a single unwanted advance is neither harassment nor assault unless its significantly crude or forceful. This was just an attempt to kiss. He would have had to repeatedly attempted to kiss to qualify for harassment and he would have had to force the kiss despite her rejection to qualify for assault.

But what you said was:

You made it seem like he was merely leaning in going for an innocuous kiss, and she pushed him away, but according to her, he was forceful in how he kissed her [pushing his tongue into her mouth and pressing her back on the sofa], and it was prolonged [10 seconds]. Now, needless to say, that doesn't automatically constitute as being sexual assault, but I don't think one can automatically rule this as a harmless act either.

And whatever you may believe of this "women and this victim shyt" phenomenon, there's at least 10x more cases out there of legitimate sexual assault that isn't reported, so one shouldn't be quick to dismiss anything of this nature, because this type of mentality is the reason why there's women out there who still don't speak up, in fears of their experiences being disregarded, while having to relive it over again, and the stigma that comes with it.
