I can't see it. They'd have to amnesty Perk and shed another $4-5 million to sign him outright. Pau's gonna be back with LA.
Porkins, Jackson, & 2nd rounder for Pau, make it happen Mitch!!!
Don't rule it out, seems like something Lakers would do if we miss out on Melo since Porkins has only 1 year left and we have to put a center, more so a defensive minded center next to Randle, too bad he sucks at that too now. 
Even though most wouldn't like it, I think Bosh would be the only other FA we should through the max at, he would fit really nice with Kobe and Randle, but he is gonna stay in Miami though. After we strike out on the star free agents, shyt looks dire. 
Supposedly Lakers already told Ariza that he would have to take a discount to come here, something he won't do since he wants to get paid, not sure how accurate the report is though. Guess we gotta hope for Stephenson.
