Turner is trash and Monroe would be a TERRIBLE compliment to Randle in the front court. He's a soft rebounder and terrible defender.

I think they can offer those guys escalating contracts though that would pay them the max over the duration. As in, they'd start out at $18 million, then make $20 million next season, $22 million the following, etc.
