Breh you guys got Kareem. Why cant you let the modern version of the 80s Lakers retain their player? You cant have elite players team hop just to play for the "GOAT franchise". Its a new era let other teams build legacies. Let Miami be to the 10s what yall were to the 80s. You have 16 rings...just take a haitus so people can get closer. Bron is their Kareem/Magic. I want him to finish his career there cause it looks better for the legacy. And yes I say the same for my Knicks. Sure we all fantasize about having him but I would like for him to end his career there. I will just wait for my Melo and Anthony Davis the defensive stopper to win a ring after be 3peats in 2017 and takes a break. By then Philly would have traded Embiid to NY. #KnicksDynastyHere's my thing tho, if we're goin so hard for melo why not just go after LeBron? For the record, I prefer we just fill holes first but if its so serious that we make a splash why not LeBron? At least he plays defense.

They're not gonna be $30 million over the luxury tax like Brooklyn.that profit can turn into a loss real quick. Ask the Nets
The Nets don't even have close to the support the Lakers do and with that TV deal, they aren't losing money any time soon. Remember, that profit came with them losing their most games since moving to LA and not even making the playoffs. :playoffs?:
