I remember I had a pro player Miami coat... now mind u this was a more expensive higher quality coat than "starter" jackets......but them nikkas at school roasted me all week after Xmas vacation cause it wasn't "Starter"...but later on everybody got the same San Jose sharks pro player coat when they dropped

I remember the first FUBU shirt I had. First thing dudes said, was "is it real?" And checked the tag....

I bought it from a dude at the barbershop. But that tag was real tho.

Once I got my little part time job, my gear game came up, and this little hood Korean spot had bootleg Polo w/ the tags....but by that time, Phat Farm, Roc A Wear, Sean John, Avirex, Fubu came up significantly....word to Lugz....

I remember this Cac had this brand new Bulls Starter Jacket....fresh as hell. Left it unattended in the locker room...

Some dope boys copped it and he couldn't say shyt because he had no proof they stole it....

He went home in short sleeves that day...

I gave my Fubu gear to charity as I'll never wear it again....

yeah, kids now have no idea. nikkas now can were anything non-matching...head looking crazy and be considered in fashion. Back in the 90's that was just life. Show up in school in some bootleg Fubu or something and watch your life get ethered away in the cafeteria.
