One final seasonal I tried for this season is Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible. It's pretty much a comfort food wholesome rom-com and more so that in a good way if you are into that genre.

Going back to do a rewatch of Vinland and I'm wondering how long Thorfinn would last against Shin? What do you think @42 Monks , I mean they're both war forged child soldiers but it's not really a fair fight. Maybe Thors would have been a better match.

Shin on another level than dude from hands to character development.

In a fight, Shin coming back with scalps guaranteed and as a character? He grew up more, faster, and didn't have anything close to Askeladd consistently shaping him against his own best interests until he stood on his own.

See, that's how I looked at it and he started with so much less. Some of these guys I was discussing it with were on that recency bias nonsense because they were putting Thorfinn over him (Ability and Character) easily. I just couldn't see it.

His father would be a fun fight but I'd still have Shin/Xin coming out with a W, albeit a much more difficult one. Ranking the franchises as a whole is a different matter.

Thorfinn was getting dogwalked by random ass bandits while Shin out here playing Dynasty Warriors solo dude's FIRST fair one was against a top level assassin. At best, Thorfinn would be a B- goon in Shin's unit

See, I knew I wasn't crazy. Qiang/Kyo Kai would beat this man to death before he got a chance to step to Shin.

All that said, still looking forward to this season of Farmland.

Late as fukk but finally watched Mob season 3 and it continues to be fukking outstanding. The switch from wholesome SOL to psychological character study was incredible.

shyt always has me close to when the season ends. ONE has a knack for finding those emotional attachments and moments. OPM is his cash cow but you can tell Mob is were dude actually puts an effort.
