You know I like to see Megumi helping those thugs. The fact they swallowed pride to ask the enemy for help is something to take note of. I do hope the old man wakes up.
After Sojiro and Usui, Anji is easily the most interesting of the 10 swords. Misao would have been dead if he were not there. Honestly, the fact of the matter is why does he serve under Shishio? That's what I am very curious about. Now that Sano knows he Anji serves under Shishio makes things interesting.
It is not something one would have expected, but Sano was the difference. Throughout this season, Shishio's preparation and confidence were top-notch. Sano and his Mastery of the Two Layers is what sunk the Rengoku. Shishio knows eliminating Sano, Saito and Kenshin is what he must do. Though for Kenshin similar to Anji he doesn't want to get innocent lives involved. I do have to commend him for that.

Finished the first season of Frieren.
That is one of the best animes I’ve seen. This and the game Visions of Mana are really wholesome.

First two episodes of Dr. Stone, Im loving this shyt and a fight or nothing like that hasnt happened at all
Im loving all this lil dialogue shyt. Explaining all this sciency shyt going on. Loved episode 2, dialogue between Saiju and Su Casa had me locked in.
If I was Taiju, I wouldve been stole off Senju though. nikka be talking a bunch of shyt and Taiju dont be picking it up. Senju basically goes "I need a dumb ass nikka to do this task and since you the dumbest nikka in the world, you doing it" lmao
maybe I’ll go back and watch this but S2 for someone reason made me fall off

Man the former Emperor was on some extra 
I've to commend the Empress she went through a lot. Despite being there for her sister initially, her good intentions won her favor with what is now the former Emperor. It's clear as day how weak-minded he was, and honestly, he should never have been Emperor. Considering how forward her sister was I can assume he became a Lolicon because younger girls were less assertive, but still showing kindness.
As the years went on, the Empress became like the other older woman that frightened the former Emperor. Her rape of the former Emperor really gave her a reminder of him and not to forget her. Granted, she might have scarred him for life. Though this is one case where your ask do the ends justify the means.
Still, at the end of the day, it appears that the Empress was in that painting. Despite a fukked up story, I guess there is a positive note in this. As the Empress sees the former Emperor in Jinshi. Now, as others have pointed out, we see clear reasons for the baby swap. Regardless if Jinshi is the current Emperor's younger brother or son, the love of the Empress has for him is true. More than likely, Jinshi represents the former Emperor if he grew up in the right environment.
Would the Empress show the same love to Jinshi if she baby she had from the rape we see in this episode? Just the comment I have been watching you for a long time just gives me the feeling Jinshi is her grandson. Also, she knows his dynamic with Maomao given the end of the episode.

- Obviously the emperor was pissed off and in pain when the former Emperor forgot her. It is hard to say if she loved him, but I assume when she birthed a baby and to go unnoticed was more so the thing.

Man this reboot lacks all the aura from the OG series
The fights have better animation now but the series is kinda cookie cutter with the new style overall.
This is one of the definitive Shonen arcs too

Got damn sometimes I swear you're allergic to good anime.
Man don’t get me wrong, season 1 was pretty good but season 2 started to taste like white folks Thanksgiving.
The was bland and Turkey started to get dry and there was raisins in the potato salad
I never said I wouldnt finish, I just had to excuse myself from the table for a bit for some palate cleansers on all the GOOD ANIME I been watching
