My Hero Academia - I kinda feel like I need to rewatch the past 2 seasons to truly enjoy this last season. I feel like every episode is a tear jerker, but I honestly don't know enough/care enough to know why I should care deeply.

I might just hold off and binge rather than watch it week by week.

I was actually gonna @ you about this because I saw them all on the weekend :heh:

I think there's 1 or 2 that are bleh but the other 6 are dope shorts (the animation for the 1st one was incredible). It's pretty wild the range Fujimoto had at such an early age. He's clearly more comfortable doing more outlandish and thematic stuff but he's really fukking great at conveying normal human struggle without any added sci-fi or extra shyt if he feels like it.

"Look Back" was outstanding and you can see some of his early ideas that lead to that story in at least 2 of these shorts.

Yea i was just gonna say i cant think of anyone else who immediately got to cooking with multiple things like this besides link click/tbhx creator

damn near all of these shorts would make for good shows, could hold down a entire anime season by himself

Nayuta literally being Power was epic :mjcry: these are his mixtape verses and they hittin like this


Fujimoto gotta be up there with araki in terms of creativity :wow: by the end of these episodes I was fully tapped in with the characters and needed to see more, give this man his own studio and a 2-3 season limit on each idea, he'll take this shyt over.
