Breh, Denji rewrote the book on simping you'll see.

The manga Is a quick and fin read (Part 1 Is only 97 chapters). I'd tell you to go for it but the anime Is adapting almost page by page so you ain't losing anything so far. If you arre pstient you'll see all of part 1 if this Is two cours/24 eps.

We still don't know the plot. I'd like to think it's the Sannoh game but this might just be a cash grab by Toei like those 2000s Dragon Ball movies.

I just hope the movie does well and Inoue gets motivated to anímate the National tournament and the follow up. We neeed a proper finish for the GOAT

They're bumping up the animation quality too. Can definitely see this getting nikkas back watching heavy

It's possible, it's a huge property with a sizeable fanbase, sure it's taken a hit in popularity since it's debut but it's still wildly popular. This arc could definitely get the conversation going again.

My issue is that there's too many characters that don't matter, at all. Crust is the perfect example since he's the most recent. #6 Hero in Japan, gets murked in Shigaraki's awakening. It's supposed to be an emotional beat and hammer home how strong he's become but it's empty because you don't even know who he is. Nobody gave a fukk and that applies to like 90% of the cast.

Bakugo doing his dammdest to avoid the side character curse even though with the current landscape, he shouldn't be anywhere near the contenders.

I'll give him credit for keeping Dabi and Toga interesting enough still, their characters have a self contained little universe that makes them relevant. That boy Dabi went from raging at Hawks to not giving a fukk inside 5 minutes.
