Gundam Age was underrated
I'm on the final episode, it was a cool series for what it was. Gonna continue GQUUUUX, watch Seed again or watch Turn A because I never seen it and it's supposed to be the final piece to everything everything Gundam (earlier series)

Whole show is suspect to be honest.
Dialogue would be less boring if it was honestly. It's your generic shounen shyt of coming together and forming bonds. Pretty cringy dialogue, but just your typical carried by animation show. Everything from the art, animation, music, etc. are top tier imo.

Have been reading the manga. This is the show I mentioned before that is basically adapting 1 volume per episode.

:ohhh: anime is crack so far. To bad you gonna feel like they left too much out but to me it's so far an awesome 90's style series from animation to how they tell this mystery story :ohlawd:

Oh yea episode looked really good. It’s basically a case of I’d rather experience the slow burn mystery of the manga first then watch the anime. Since it’s impossible for the anime to get the slow burn mystery down since they are fully adapting it all in 1 cour.

I remember joking with you about it (didn't click with me it was this series until you mentioned it now though, lol) but are they really adapting 1 volume per episode? isn't the manga still ongoing?

So far yes. Ending of episode 1 adapting the whole first volume. Episode 2 was almost all of volume 2.

As it was mentioned, you can really see how much Luomen & Maomao are similar. So much so you doubt that Lakan was her real father. Him finding Maomao's clue was pretty intriguing. No doubt he is worried, but he knows that panicking won't do anything in this situation.

Suirei suddenly being afraid of snakes was not what I was expecting. Though nice for Maomao to figure out Shisui was planning along. Though them being sisters was not I was expecting. Kind of surprised they untied Maomao, but I guess they figured she would be coming along. Though the switch tone to a more peaceful vibe was not what I was expecting.

I highly suspect shyt will be going down within the next few episodes or so. Still, we're even seeing a connection of the hair accessory that Ayla & Aylin wore from the beginning of the season. Plenty of plot lines that have been building up and converging. now what is the purpose of Maomao's kidnapping. Very likely I suspect it has to with leverage against Lakan.

As word gets back to the palace, there is also news about Gyokuyou. Well, this season is definitely going to have a very intense finish to say the least.

Finished the first full season of Madoka Magic. When Shaft is good, they are really, really fukking good. Both this and Monogatari being absolute 10/10 anime experiences. Will watch the Rebellion movie next.

Throughout this show, Madoka has always been the one who is the more typical Magical Girl with her ideals. She recognizes how much Homura is done for her in ways that she probably can't fully comprehend. Going back in time again and again. No doubt how much Homura cares for Madoka has hit her. Though the question remains, at what point does Homura fall into despair and become a witch? At the same time, it would go against Homura's wish to fall prey to become a witch. Given how strong the Karmic Weight was for Madoka thanks to Homura is partially what allowed Madoka to have her wish come true. I guess the differences in previous timelines is that Homura intentions become clear to Madoka. She didn't realize that Homura was preventing her from becoming a witch.

In previous conversations with Kyuubey he basically let the girls make their wishes, which would lead to their despair. It was the idea that their own wishes betray them. Madoka wants to be that hope. Like how she prevented Homura from falling to despair, she wanted to do that with all the Magical Girls in the past. Essentially, it can be implied that Madoka became the very ideal of what Magical Girls are. Continuing fighting against all the odds. It could be easier to fall into despair. Interesting enough, the difference here is also Madoka herself no longer becomes a witch because she herself keeps on fighting until the end. I guess it is more a logical argument because if Madoka were to become a witch, then that would go against her wish.

In a sad reality that nobody, but Homura remembers Madoka. Although Madoka's existence isn't truly erased. Her little brother's imaginary friend is Madoka. The ideal daughter for Junko is still Madoka. Madoka at this point is still existing, but more as a concept and a God for Magical Girls. This is kinder fate then erasing her presence and there is still no root Madoka would have existed. The idea that from a certain point of view, Madoka would still be the ideal daughter and older sister for her family leaves Homura more happiness and part is why she continues to push forward.

Although between all the conversations with the other Magical Girls & Madoka, it seems Sayaka is no longer around. Interesting turn rather than her continuing living. This was a showcase that while the concept of witches may be gone, but falling to despair is not gone. Madoka more than likely could have saved Sayaka, but then her wish would be void because otherwise she would fall into despair. Madoka does not save her from despair, but instead allows her to pass on. As she knows that she would rather have her wish fulfilled. I guess instead of being jealous of Hitomi because it was mentioned the terrible thoughts she had towards Hitomi for being able to ask out Kyosuke before she turned into a witch in the previous timeline. Rather, her remark that Hitomi is too good of a girl gives her a more peaceful send off.

So now Homura is the only one that remembers the concept of witches. So, in this timeline, wraiths are present. I do like that erasing the concept of witches doesn't create this ideal world because it is only naturally the curses of human life are still bound. As that is something you can't erase. Anger, Jealously and happiness these things must always exist. Without these things, life would become to dull, and I am sure Madoka realized that with her wish. As we saw the hug between Madoka & Homura before where Madoka mentions she is always will be by her side. Madoka's wings and her usage of a bow shows that Madoka is always with her now.

This ending points that Madoka is a concept of what is a Magical Girl. Offering an ending that is a balance between idealized and realism.
Glad you finally tapped in to one of the classics :salute: that show mighta been my first experience with anime grief for real :mjcry:

Super Cube, Chinese version of solo leveling with a more detailed system, 15 minute episodes, just been boxing so far, jury's still out on the plot but on the surface it seems to have more mystery behind it than Solo.
Now we need this on Amazon, HIDIVE, or Crunchyroll.
