So basically, if we assume who Kobato talked to was the driver from back then. What happened to her little brother in the present? But yeah, it was clearly revenge once she recognized him. Still feels like we are missing a significant piece. Also, given the one arrested was 21 years old, I doubt that was the driver that Kobato was talking to.

Was the incident staged? I feel like it had to be given that no way would a sibling run off after their brother got hit. Why did brother and sister want to hide it, though? Now what leaves Eiko's motivation?I love how behind the scenes that Osanai was playing detective. I think, as Osanai points out, Eiko has two options. Kill or stall. It's clearly the former what she is doing. I don't think she has it in her to kill him. Granted, the cliffhanger leaves me in angst.

Went to a Macross panel at a local anime con this past week out of curiosity and got put on. I'm starting from the first release.

They're making a new Macross. I hope it's better than the last one and at least at Macross F level.
They're going through rounds now to pick the voice of the new heroine.

Spoiler: AoButa S1 - Episode 11

A few things to note at the start of the episode. Good job on Mai to making sure as much attention is taken off Sakuta as much as possible. Really shows she cares for him because media exposure can be a big annoyance. Also, the letter from Shoko. The Shoko we see seems younger than Kaede. But it is apparent that the one that sent him that letter is not the same Shoko. Def puzzling.

Most of this episode focuses on Kaede. Though it seems the school situation is a bit more messed up. As the kids who were bullying Kaede are now being bullied because they were bullies. An ironic turn to where to take care of the bullies they had to become the bully basically. Though all this, it is good to see Kaede wanting to do better. Although her being home alone kind of developed a massive over dependency on Sakuta. The situation, in all honestly is the most fukked up of the supernatural incidents that we have seen yet, IMO. Though what is concerning is the rash that Kaede has. What the hell is that?

One thing I loved about this episode was Mai's interactions with Kaede. It was good to see her get back on terms with Nodoka, but Nodoka is independent enough where she would come to Mai when she needs help or guidance. Mai's guidance for Kaede is really sweet. Sakuta is a good brother, but these are things that Sakuta can't exactly do unless he became a girl. More and more we see Kaede taking some good steps. Until we see that girl who knew Kaede back in school. A big reveal that Kaede has no memories. Interesting to learn why that happened. I believe it can be seen where such a traumatic event can force the person to forget to protect themselves. Though not having memories is a much more extreme version of this.

Queen arc has arrived let's fukken go @Mr. Jack Napier it's time for some stick talk

Bowa was a hooper and that animation switch looked like MS paint because X wasn't established yet to give them that clean 3D

Smile that fight was intense

We even got a cameo from The Johnnies I'm hype, my son Big Johnny those PV's were a godsend

I might be right about Dragonboy getting a fear boost from criminals because his fighting style is so raw the talking bout him on the news like a real menace

I'm taking Hero X roster over a LOT of action anime rosters right now in a tournament setting these abilities and ridiculous and we haven't even gotten to the real savage nikkas Ghostblade/DragonBoy/Johnnie's yet

I'm all for waiting and having some shows to binge while the new season starts so I can keep some backlog and not start from Week 1

Imagine not knowing many spoilers for a show years after the manga was finished, watching the entire show filler and all, then they bring the show back to finish it and they are literally on the final part, to get spoiled by a fukkin video game dlc.

Bleach was like the only anime I didn’t know too much about and they release a game with dlc about something that happens in the next season.

Yes, but it was annoying as fukk to have to see her and listening to her go "so what if...nah, let's not get into that" every 3-4 eps, it was a tired troupe that had ran its course.

Mao Mao gets into rear palace drama all the time and I get what her character's logic was behind not wanting to go deeper into Jinshi's identity, but I did not need to see/hear her go through the same damn sequence so many times. I'm very glad that shyt is over with.

I always viewed it as flying too close to the sun. We have to remember during the imperial china era you can't really overstep and you have to know your place or you'll be in your grave. I always took it as she knows her place and doesn't want to know more because even though she has connections she can still be put in her grave. It's like in game of thonres where Ned discovered that Joffery didn't have a claim to the throne due to possibly being Robert's blood and that discovery resulted in that character's death. I assume she feared something like that would happen if she digged too deep into something like Jinshi's identity. She obviously had some theories but she remebered what Lumen said about making sure to be 100 and not make assumptions and that's why she acts the way she does surrounding that.
