Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentōshō - Episode 18:
This episode really is starting to show how big of an impact Nomari can have on Jinya and the reflection of sadness in Suzune's past.
Honestly, Jinya has mellowed out a bit compared to the last time we saw him. I can attribute that to Nomari. The love she shows to him as a father is going to do wonders for him. Of course his life is about protecting her first.
Interesting to see Akitsu again. He definitely looks older. Demons are also becoming a bigger issue according to him. Hard to know whether that is attributed to Suzune or not. At least we should be prepared for them eventually.
This episode probably did the most for Suzune without her being in the episode outside of flashbacks. Suzune had a friend in Chitose, but unlike Chitose Suzune never grew. I can imagine they couldn't be like, Suzune is a demon, by the way. That loneliness only grew more for Suzune and she didn't know who she could trust, which is likely what led to her being manipulated.
