Hotel Inhumans with the slave was probably its best arc so far. Granted, the only downside has been nothing really happening yet with the Co-leads, but there is a 2nd cour so hopefully more of that happens then.

I could have sworn I've seen it before. That's the anime that hates women. Like they go overboard with the killing an maiming bit.

Dusk Beyond the End of the World debuted today with episode 0. From a visual and sound direction, episode was great. There is an AI plotline being the focus, though where it is going with the main plot is hard to say. Decent pilot episode, I would say.

Towasa is basically a genius researcher in this world of AI. We got the romance between the two, but the end of the episode leaves more question.

What exactly happened to Akira? Is he alive? It's clear that he still retains his memories, so he doesn't have the proposed AI chips that were proposed at the end of the episode. Though I expect there might be a push for it given what happened.

Will check out. Though this is not the typical anime we get from PA Works, and that has me even more curious.

Finished watching The Water Magician. This just felt like missed potential. Fantasy world seems interesting, and I liked the world-building. But there was nothing that happened that caught your eye where you were like, Oh, right, I am invested. Maybe it's a really slow burn, but even then, meh. 6/10.

No, but they have to make it 2 cours with how the arcs are constructed. Otherwise it would have been a movie, which is not the case here.

Finished watching Kakuriyo: Bed & Breakfast for Spirits. Overall, pretty solid SoL fantasy. The world building is surprisingly solid and with a nice cast of characters.
