That was an interesting episode of Spy x Family. Thought that was an interesting way to reveal a flashback, but I wasn't prepared for that I thought they depicted war perfectly because I assume everything is like your regular day and then boom! All hell breaks loose. It was sad to see a young Loid lose a lot in an instant. .

Enjoying the later seasons MHA. I know there was some painful seasons but it's nice to see everything come together. All Might forever the goat. The show is at it's peak when he's involved imo

Finally saw Infinity Castle yesterday in the theater.

Animation :ohlawd:

Fights :whoo:

Score :damn: :blessed:

Pacing :ld:

Flashbacks :patrice:

I get why they put so much effort in explaining backstories but it still felt too damn long. I hope the 2nd and 3rd film dial back on them because the thing I liked the most from this final arc in the manga was the fast pace and just unrelenting action and big moments/fights to the finish...and this film put a stop to that and felt way more like a first third of an anime season crunched together for a movie.

But like DS always does, the positives are so incredibly well made that it's still dope to watch.

I think it's def something you have to watch in theatres because seeing it on the big screen makes you realize it's top tier in animations and fights. I think the pacing for flashbacks hurts the film. I understand building character but it went too long and it didn't blend well with the plot imo. Despite all of that it's still an entertaining film and I hope for part 2 they learn their lessons about pacing.

Especially the 2nd season and the philosophies and God, right and wrong and judgement.
