A lot of free time is spent dolo

The idea of hitting a club is repulsive

Instead of being out all night drinking its weekend day drinking

Sexual habits change

You can easily walk away from conflict unphazed

The bolded is fukking FIRE, I swear. Being able to get in a whole day of drinking in before the sun even thinks of going down is a beautiful thing. :wow:

Being able to make the "after hours" function some shyt that's basically just going out to dinner. :wow:

Man I was mofoking spring chicken from age 12-22. From age 22-27 was drinking heavy, getting little sleep, partying and shyt started to get little lower back pains here and there. Fast forward to 28 into early 30s and I now feel in peak form. No ailments, rarely sick just by simply significantly reducing alcohol and caffeine intake, getting adequate sleep, getting in 2 liters of water more than I used to and steadily working out 2x a week. :yeshrug:

30's is 2-3 decades in one IMO, 30-33 aint really change nothing, 34-36, you generally still good but you start seeing your age (physically and mentally/your perspective), 36+ is all sorts of will swings in any direction :russ:

I imagine a lot of that early onset back and joint pain could be associated with random shyt other than weight, too. Them footraces in the street running the equivalent of a draft combine 40 yard dash on uneven concrete with non running shoes can't possibly have been good for anyone's knees.

Man. I still be out there trying to race my nephews but after that second or third time I'm done. Be laid up in the house with ice packs on both knees for the rest of the weekend. Seems like it takes forever to bounce back from shyt you always did before.

Number one thing is I’m really disliking loud noises lately, (kids screaming, July 4th, dogs barking, loud shytting motorcycles) “cut that racket out! Waving my fist type shyt”

I drive safer and have and have overall safer way of existing since I acknowledge my mortality more often…

It's many a breh that's lost a race at a cookout, and it wasn't even entirely because they were slow. Feeling them knees pop mid race will have you making all kinds of business decisions to cut shyt short.

Pro Tip: Everyone needs a gym membership once they hit 30. Especially cubicle gang. Gotta be active on a weekly/day-to-day basis. And no, hoopin on the weekend aint gone cut it.
I play soccer there to five time a week. Is that enough(25 tho)?
