Mine are to work out at least 4-5 times a week
Swim 3x/week
Lose 80 to 100 lbs, I’m the largest I’ve ever been right now yikes
Bike 2x weekly
Spin at least 3x a week
Improve my diet, give up rice and tatoes

-join a yoga gym filled with scantily tight dressed whores

-workout 5 times a week

-eat/drink more alkaline.

-read 10 pages of a good book daily.

-stack 30% of earned income.

I been slacking off toward the end of the yr since I had some knee surgery. Goal is just to get back on track and then move forward from there. Like breh said, I kinda wanna try some hot yoga :wow:

My workouts have been on point all year. I just have to get my diet and drinking under control in 2020. I’m at my strongest but heaviest weight. I’d sacrifice some strempf to drop 10-15 lbs going forward.


Im in the same boat. I’ve been consistent all year but im going to focus more on cardio and calisthenics because i put on muscle easily so i gotta clean up my diet and cut the alcohol

I'm also heavier than I want to be... looking to drop about 20-25lb between Feb-April

Getting much more serious on the bike but between this upcoming cut and baby #2 due in Q3 I'm just gonna take what I can get :francis:

Hit 180 lbs for starters. Coming from 215 to 189 after 9 months. On my way to shred city.

Go from 16.5 in to 17.5 in for my arms.

205 overhead press

Get back down to 24 min 5k.
