Another thing I always wondered about is the big bang theory. It is believed that the universe started from one point then in a moment there was a reaction that caused it to expand into what it is today. But since the universe started from a single point, what did that single point exist within?

I always used to look up in the sky and think about how little I am and how far I am from other things in the universe. Like if I could jump all the way up beyond the atmosphere, Earth, and kept going up, what would I see?![]()
The beginning of the universe marks the actual beginning of time i.e. there was no time-space paradigm before the universe existed.
That being said, what had existed before essentially was nothing in the most absolute form. No color, no time, no space, nothing.

yea I saw that last year.....There's this dope ass interactive flash animation that shows the scale of the universe in comparison to everyday objects, planets and stars. It's pretty dope check it out yall

This thread just made me think somethingEarth wasn't really the beginning of everything, so that means there was possibly nikkas 20,000 years ago that were already advanced by the time Earth became populated by humans.

Isn't nothing really something though?

But how can SOMETHING come out of NOTHING?![]()

But isn't nothing the absence of ANYTHING![]()
Some force, God, a higher being, or whatever.
Whatever created time and space (the universe), has to have existed outside of this paradigm. Meaning it had neither a beginning nor a space
