What should a living wage cover (ie. bills) to be considered a living wage? How much money (amount or %) should a person have after taxes and bills? Can a living wage be determined on the federal level or does it have to be determined on the state level?

So you support min wage by state or maybe county?:jbhmm:Not federally...
:ohhh:Do we agree on something...

First, someone needs to actually define a living wage before we can determine at what level it should be managed.

:steviej:Or are you suggesting federal min wage be adjusted for rent in NYC/SF?

We're not there yet :lolbron:

Has to be enough to have basic needs, and not kill yourself to barely maintain a life, that will essentially collapse in days if one is injured, sick, or at the mercy of an emergency.
