World War 2 Type- Marshall Plan for Black Ppl.

How the U.S. still till this day sit aside funds for the Holocaust victims whereas black ppl suffered more so in this country, and the U.S. have helped out those in Germany, restored that area and those European Jews. How about install a World War II- Type Marshall Plan for black ppl over her in this nation.

Why doesn't the democratic party speak on setting this up for black folks and if you don't know what a Marshall Plan is or was, look it up and see how it helped out the ppl it intended to help?
