I was refering to China's involvement in Africa. If China is planning to use Africa as a partner for exchanges/a settlement/an ally against occident, it's in their interest to help the continent develop. It's in this context that chinese pledges to Africa occur.

An accelerated development means not only a reduced demographic expansion but also means to provide solutions for climatic-related famines.

All Black Nations should be concerned primarily with economic and technological development. It's a shame not a single one is universally considered "First World". I doubt it helps that all plenty of brain power leaves black homelands for first world nations. And not just for education, but for good. There is also the much bigger problem of nations in debt, and trade agreements.

I didn't take China's role into account. I am not sure how that aspect will play out. However, given the prospects of global warming causing a permanent state of global economic depression I do not foresee China being able to continue all of its projects in Africa.

I would hope that some of the infrastructure and development would prevent, or at least mitigate over population and widespread famines. However, I have my doubts. Like I said we simply wont be able to adapt fast enough for what's coming. And if powerful countries like the U.S. and China can fall to their knees in a relatively short period of time, its almost certain that much poorer countries in Africa will not stand a chance.

For us in Africa, generally we say we need "development" hence the Chinese fukkery and exploitative shyt that's going on.

For us Biafrans, as we fight for independence our end game is simply:

1) Reclaim our land currently occupied by Nigeria

2) Reclaim our culture and heritage robbed of us by the British and drop western culture for good
3) World power status (4) to be able to kick the ass of anybody who wants that smoke
5) To emancipate other black peoples from physical subjugation and mental slavery
