@Maluma I'm 6'4 225. I've been working out since I was about 12 but it's been real inconsistent since my mid 20s. Workout a month or two then get lazy.
My physique would actually be pretty nice if I got rid of the fat around my stomach. Chest, arms and shoulders look pretty good but that layer of fat on my stomach got me looking at myself like

. I've been doing calisthenics and running for the past month and I'm starting to see some results. What should I do to burn fat while not losing a whole lot of muscle if any? I'm not concerned with losing weight because with my height and muscle mass, I'm pretty sure that even if I was totally lean I'd still be about 210-215.
