I don't want much....Im giving up on the weight lifting to bulk up,does nothing for me but makes me feel tired,stiff and slow....plan on just finding out what boxers do to get they build....im scared where my swag might go to if I reach my goal,might get myself shot

Fighters now incorporate weightlifting. If you are getting tired and slow then you are doing something wrong.
...and part of my problem is I gotta eat too damn much when im trying to bulk up,and constantly work out to maintain it....I will do light weightlifting just not heavytuna, ramen and creatineI'm 6'1", what do I need to do to achieve 6'3"-6'5"?
