My goal for this year/summer was ab definition, but I'm probably not gonna get there. I'm just focusing on lifting/maintaining for right now. That upper thigh/overall fat content is killing my soul though. I've got some srs work to do.![]()

That scrawny assed ones? or the fat ones lmao... I pretty much got into eating disorder territory for a bit last year.... I was eating like 300 cal a day and doing MAD cardio (Up to an hour+ a day), it was nuts, and a wonder that I didn't end up passed out or hospitalized (And at the time I didn't see anything wrong with it smh)...but since then I've put on a good 15lbs, and I'm healthier and happier than ever.
MOST OF THESE DUDES AINT NATURAL.
GOALS ARENT REALISTIC UNLESS YALL BOOSTING TOO.

yeah, looking at a lot of these fitness models is unhealthy for peoples goals
most of the people posted in here are on roids, so trying to get like that naturally is unrealistic
