Y'all should be fiendin for new music and the thought of it dropping in quality shouldn't even cross your mind cuz, yanno, he's so great.

an artist should never release new music every month or every year; never... when my favorite rappers drop music every year, it always sucks to me or its never that good.

I love kendrick, but I only want him to release an album every 2 years, thats how it was back in the days and thats how it should be right now.


Many hip hop/music fans consider his album a classic and his fans want another album on the same level.

1. s80 was an indie album, gkmc isn't. he been touring, working on his film and recording new tracks
2. s80 was written after GKMC... the only thing he did during the gkmc session was to work on the cohesive sound of the album.
3. not even 2 years... he said in that new complex interview the album is gonna drop this year. There will be 2 years between gkmc & this album.
