wizards are a playoff team with 13 million in cap room. thinking the cap jumps up 2 million that is 15 million in cap space. 1 million less then a 1st year max player can get

out of the playoff teams to pick from

wizards 15 milly to spend
bobcats a full max
suns can almost sign 2 max players

big market lakers

if melo can team up with someone they can go to the suns with lots of talent already on board

It's funny how often Bulls fans shyt on the Bulls FO yet somehow have the confidence that they will not only amnesty Boozer, but trade Taj and somehow get Melo all in the same offseason. That shyt ain't happening AT ALL :camby:

I see him staying in NY, I don't even see any other team as anything more than JUST speculation
They get shytted on justifiably. They gonna struggle to trade Taj but with assurance from Melo it is as good as done imo. Is it more likely he stay for the extra year? Maybe. But after that which team is a better option overall?

MELO DOES NOT HAVE TIME FOR BULLshyt EXPERIMENTS. You nikkas are living in dream worlds. Melo isn't 24 or 25. The Suns as well as the bulls would be a bullshyt experiment at this point in his career. You nikkas need to smarten up.

melo not playing for 11 to 12 million

remember boozer cap hit is 20% which is 3,200,000
There is no cap hit for amnesty. Plus we want to sign our Euro prospect so one way or another Boozer is gone.

suns have almost cap money for 2 max contracts. where do you think he goes.

I think no way he goes to the suns UNLESS a big star goes there to team up[DOUBLEPOST=1397399075][/DOUBLEPOST]

Ok let's see. The thought process of melo...

A) I can go the fukking Phoenix suns who haven't won shyt. Probably lose to the Spurs, Thunder, and Clippers early in the playoffs every year that I'm there.

B) I can go to the Bulls and play with Noah and a injured Derrick Rose. Surely that won't get me far.

C) I can go play with Kobe and the confused Laker's organization. The lakers more than likely won't get to the WCF.

D) I can go to the Miami Heat who have been to the finals the past 3 years, still get paid 15 mil, play with Wade, Bron, Bosh, and great role players. Pat Riley is the head of the organization and we have a huge chance of winning.

It's just too easy of a decision.

Do you just suspend belief before you make these kind of statements? Again, you're banking on 2 different moves to happen before you can even talk to Melo. And you believe this Bulls FO who y'all routinely complain about would execute all 3? Y'all talking out of both sides of your mouth on this shyt.Plus this Bulls FO has not shown the ability to do what y'all are wanting them to do to be able to get Melo. Combine that with D. Rose's knees and I doubt CHI is a real option outside of the minds of fanboys like you

And a yr from now, if Melo is still a Knick the Knicks have cap space, he'd already be in place

Lebron, Wade, and Bosh ALL have ETOs. Which means they can ALL opt out and take 15 mil. a 5/6 million dollar paycut isn't anything to guys who have made 100 million + in their careers. Battier is also retiring. Melo going to the Heat is really inevitable to a logical person. I'm just an outsider who realizes this A+ scenario. Do you really think Melo, Bron and the rest of the Heat organization doesn't realize this best case scenario. Paycuts are coming.

lol at melo giving up any money.

looking at the knicks salary situation, stoudamire, chandler and bargs come off after next season, only shumpert, prigioni, and hardaway jr are signed after next season

so melo can stay and the knicks can reload or he could leave money on the table

He going to Toronto :troll:

He should just go to Chicago and try to contend with a healthy Rose.

:what:

If Melo wants to come to Chicago, you don't think they'll amnesty Boozer and trade Taj to do so?

:heh:

Are you SERIOUS?
