I agree. A perfect example is Rivers. Rivers is a much better QB but he's not going to the HOF.
I've never really viewed Romo as HOF quality so there's nothing short of multiple superbowls that can change my mind. One superbowl is simply not enough. Flacco is proof to that. shyt even two ain't enough cause IMO Eli ain't HOF.
Romo would have to actually start playing like a HOF QB for me to respect him. Don't care about numbers. I care about performance. And when it counts, dudes chokes every time.

i was bout to bring that up. matty swaggford has epic numbers for the amount of games or starts or whatever this early in a QBs career. like on the same list as marino. is he HOF bound? most nikkas wouldnt even want him to be QB for their team
nikkas these days throw for 300 like it aint shyt. teams throw it more than ever and the rules are more in favor to help the QB throw. Romo will not be that much more special than the rest of the QBs in this generation. the only thing that will make Romo stand out is his mediocrity in big games and inability to win anything after the month of December

So how many games does he have to win in the playoffs? Warren moon won 3 and never been to conference title game.
He just needs to have more success in the playoffs. There's no magic number. Don't sell Warren, short either. Dude beasted in 2 leagues.
As good as Romo's numbers are...there are a lot of QBs that have similar or better numbers which kind of diminishes what he's done. That's why he needs to do more to set himself apart.

Go to any team board and you will find stans of mediocre players. Cassel had stans. Rob Johnson had stans. Tommy Maddox had stans. Tim Couch, Kevin Kolb, Derek Anderson
