I didn't say they could win a championship. But getting Cousins would definitely put them as Eastern Conference Finals contenders.Over the top of what? The first round ?![]()

I saw Cousins in a winning environment (Kentucky). He still acted a fool.I'm tired of this narrative. Its not true. Put the breh in a winning environment and get back at me.
Breh, they at least getting to the conference finals.Thats exactly what Im telling you

anyway, the answer is twofold:
1. Sacramento's not looking to move him yet.
2. Boston is kinda iffy on cashing in their chips on him, like they're waiting for something better to come along. Ainge has overplayed his hand almost every time.
If Cousins can't put up with a Sacramento reporter shytting on him, he might have to blow up the Boston Globe and Boston Herald.
He has a point, Boogie is very talented, but he's not a rim protector and he's inefficient. Stevens may get Boogie to be more efficient, but as of now Boogie is not a franchise player. Cousins is certainly an All-Star though.
You seem to have a much higher opinion of Cousins and the Stevens era Celtics (one hasnt been to the playoffs, the other hasnt won in the playoffs) than me. They'd be lightwork for Toronto or ClevelandBreh, they at least getting to the conference finals.
yes...you think with Cousins, they beating the Cavs?Demarcus Cousins is a top 2 big and a top 10 player in the NBA. You mean to tell me having that on your team in a weak Eastern conference doesn't put you over the top?

Nah breh. Ya'll buggin. The Kings just haven't built around him correctly.
I mean even if Ainge trades for him this year, they're not beating the Cavs. I think Ainge should wait til the summer when Paul George(PG will be a FA in 2018) and Jimmy Butler may be available. If Ainge waits to the summer, worst case scenario he throws both Brooklyn picks; Memphis/Clippers pick, and Jaylen for Cousins assuming PG or Butler don't become available.
Isaiah Thomas and Avery Bradley are both FA in 2018. I get holding out hope for the picks, but we know both guys are going to want to get paid and if the Celtics don't give them big deals, they're walking, so then you're rebuilding around lotto picks and Al Horford. I mean, I don't really know what Ainge's game plan is. Just wait till a Lebron falls magically into your lap?
He puts them over the top in the East.
