i think it's mainly the kings who are holding things up with trading boogie. they have a new arena and he's the only valuable player/attraction that they have. the kings without boogie would be 6ers status during the process, which might not be a bad idea if they had better upper management.
another thing is outside of the draft picks, the celtics trade pieces aren't even that great. smart, bradley, crowder and IT are good players but nothing worth trading a star player for. celtics are perfectly fine sitting on their picks and developing players to compete in 2-3 years when the road to the finals in the east will be easier. the celtics are in a good spot imo.
