i think it's mainly the kings who are holding things up with trading boogie. they have a new arena and he's the only valuable player/attraction that they have. the kings without boogie would be 6ers status during the process, which might not be a bad idea if they had better upper management.

another thing is outside of the draft picks, the celtics trade pieces aren't even that great. smart, bradley, crowder and IT are good players but nothing worth trading a star player for. celtics are perfectly fine sitting on their picks and developing players to compete in 2-3 years when the road to the finals in the east will be easier. the celtics are in a good spot imo.

legit one of the worst at scouting talent in the league for a decade straight :mjlol:
he literally cant draft an allstar...not even a fringe one :dead:

Cot damn, when you map it out like that and then cross reference who he could have drafted it's even worse.

That 2013 was especially bad, Giannis, Schroeder and Gobert all went after, and he literally said Giannis reminded him of Pippen :mindblown:

Because they don't want to give up anything of value. The problem with Ainge (and his followers) is that they want the talent but want to give up minimal value to get it.

And like you said earlier, they overvalue the "assets" this team has. They act like those Nets picks are locks to net HOFers, when that's not how the shyt works.

When you're a delusional homer fan like KevJ and want Anthony Davis for one Nets pick and Crowder that's fine but when you're the gm and waiting for that it's a problem lol

Exactly which is why I don't see him making any move for a star...Because honestly rarely are stars available.

And that's an idiotic plan because Billy King is not walking through that door. Teams are not about to just hand the Celtics great talents for pennies on the dollar

Demarcus Cousins on the Celtics makes them better than the Cavaliers? :heh:

:snoop: But he can't even slide into an 8th seed but he's supposed to be the piece to push the celtics to championship contender...

I believe if the Celts made a move for him and than made a move for a guy like Butler along with keeping Isiah Thomas they could compete but that's not happening.

and I'll forever stress, the team that really needs to pursue a Cousins trade isn't Boston. It's Denver.
I wouldn't mind him in Houston. Feel like he's worth the risk. Your window of opportunity for contending fades fast in this league.

Also didn't IT and Cousins not get along in Sactown?

did i say he was garbage in particular? his ceiling of impact is avery bradley nikka :mjlol:
3 out of the 4 players there wont be competing for rotational minutes.
and if you compare what he took to all those chances of players he couldve taken its worse.
like i said...danny ainge cant draft an all star or fringe all star
dont quote me on some dumb shyt
a good 60 percent of those players were garbage if you want to take it there.
