What's the best action(hack and slash) game last gen?
It's gotta be God of War 3. Those were some of the best boss fights of all time.
None of these games other than MGR truly redefines what it really means to 'hack' and 'slash'.
True hack and slash would be the Dynasty Warriors/ Samurai Warriors/ Warriors Orochi series.... which are a guilty pleasure of mine. 
Gonna go with MGR, I played bayonetta and all I could think about was how cool this was when it was dante doing all of these tricks

If you like hack and slash and ain't played Conan, you playing yourself. Game was cheap in certain parts, but pleasing like a motherfukker once you pushed through and tore everything in half under the bloody blessing of CROM!

shyt got REAAAL cheap with that last boss, didn't it?
shyt made me put it down for a minute but when I came back, I don't know if it was 'cause I had taken a break and came back fresh, or if I was just in tune with dude's pattern, but I flew through that shyt my second go-around. I think I exploited some glitch I found and managed to whittle away his health without taking much damage myself....but outside of that, this game was dope as shyt.
