Whats your experience working with indians in a corporate office??

The ones in my office are very quiet and literally only hang among themselves. They have lunch together and just generally stick with one another. They are mainly in the IT department so I don’t interact with them like that unless we have an issue with our computers or laptops.

The women are typically nice to you. Younger Indian men can be cool people, generally pretty competent and helpful. Older Indian men still think they are in a caste system, look down on women and darker toned people unless you're a manager then they will kiss your ass. They are not afraid to throw you under the bus and blame things on you. A good percentage won't even acknowledge you.
It will take a while but you'll get used to the accent and will be able to understand any of them. They tend to over explain and repeat things they say. They are extremely hard working because corporate basically treats them like indentured servants due to h1b finesse.
Ps some really do smell like 12 RDS of boxing and will light up the part of the office they are in. You'll lose nose hairs walking past their desk forreal.

I forgot they can be rude as hell too. I really only liked working with the Indian women on my team they were always sweet to me although my homegirl on the team was saying they were giving her a hard time. You're not alone saying they are difficult to work with.

No issues with them besides for they leave the bathrooms a mess.
They treat the bathrooms like it’s their own personal bathroom at home.
Some of their women be lusting after a breh. The vast majority are married, even the younger ones.
Their men at least on the tech side have absolutely no swag or drip lol.

They just like working with any other race
Only difference is half of them still dress like it's the Blaxploitation era and they lunch be stinking up the whole cafeteria

I've worked on large international projects with Indians straight from Indian. No issues. Some of them I still stay in touch with.

The men are scarce in the office setting. However, they are deep in IT and are very helpful & surprisingly cool.
(Hispanic, Caribbean/Afro American, & White is the racial composition in Corporate & Gov't offices here.)
Caribbeans of Indian descent are better.
The women align themselves with white women. Inevitably, when they realize that they aren't accepted as white and are a couple of rungs, on the totem pole above blacks, they become quite chummy. Too late. I've peeped how they move and keep them at arms length while maintaining professionalism.

They all take the entire month of December off to go home to India. They'd put that shyt on the vacation calendar early as hell and people would get mad because only so many people were allowed to be out of office at the same time.
