Yes thats an extreme example. But if we set a culture with standards,that was about building families and took it seriously. Our women would act according to those standards.
We are doing a poor job in upbringing/teaching our women properly. Then using their poor upbringing as an excuse as to why its not our fault more black men arent trying to get married.
