Uh yes.... how about honesty.... a leader who will set goals for the family... someone who is not gonna beat my ass...communicative (someone who can express their needs,wants, frustrations properly).... family oriented (someone who wants to actually raise his family).... a teammate (someone who wants to work as a team to accomplish set goals)

I also agree with @Emperor_ReinScarf - 'a woman should be grateful that her husband is bringing in'.
