Yeah thats what I meant about proving yourself fam. Most women my age (18-22) and in college like me usually don't get on me too bad about not trying to do some extravagant shyt since we all broke college students for the most part anyway. I got my own crib so that does help when I can just go "we can go back to my spot for drinks/netflix or I can cook dinner" if they refuse and rather go to applebees for some shytty tater tots or something when I can prepare amazingly good food for a fraction of the cost I already know where their mind is really at

Now when I graduate and my social circle revolves around more success then it might be more respectable to go out to do varied shyt since I have the means to. But right now if a girl expecting me to take her to 100$ dinners and she struggling to pay her bills herself then its a problem.

walks? unless its the beach and everyone state doesnt have one. most black hoods dont have anywhere you would want to walk around. so again unlike other folks neighborhoods and areas they frequent that look really nice. we dont have those. so again. some black chick or dude aint thinking about taking those walks.
