Are you misquoting me as usual again. I said there is diversity in the continent which is a fact. There is a world of difference between a Algerian vs Ugandan vs person from Madagascar Different races, religions and cultures. If you don't see that reality, then i don't know what to say to you.

My research and understanding of human populations is that many peoples seem peaceful when they lack the power to oppress (Jews, Mexicans, Indians, etc) but when they have said power, they oppress all the same (as Indians do in my home country Trinidad, as Mexicans do in Mexico as Jews do in Israel).

Pointedly I have met some anti-black Copts on Twitter and like @Poitier implies, their noted anti-blackness was in proportion to the feverishness with which they claimed Ancient Egypt. In discussions of Ancient Egypt, Copts are quick to point out that blacks are inferior and could never be the Ancient Egyptians, same as what the Arabs and whites say.

My sister who lives in Africa said she had a Tunisian friend who considered herself African and was hardcore about everything African chilled with a lot of "black Africans." But my sister also said that her Tunisian friend said that Tunisians don't consider themselves African but Arab and that she is the only one. This doesn't mean all Tunisian but just that what her friend said.

Anyways I agree with others that Algerians seem like the whitest Africans.

You have to measure by country by country. Your argument would be valid if all of North African countries were 95%r, but unfortunately this does not help your case, and why are you getting off topic since the title of the thread is about Obama?
