I’m bringing money but I’m also going to try to smash some chick there. She invited me out there.

Where is the best fried chicken at?
It's a few spots V's Gourmet Chicken is usually stated the best in the city, then you got Zanzibar, SOHO Chicken + Whiskey, and Hot Sauce Williams. If you mess with corned beef Slymans is the best but they only open for 8 hours a day and close at 2:30pm

In tired of all the bad publicity that we get. That shooting on Edmondson Avenue was on CNN yesterday.
It's because its the last area that has valuable land. You spread negativity to the outside world, that keeps prices down, but to those in the know see what is coming up the pipe line, and want the property for cheap, this is happening now in white areas. You know who is next. This same thing happened in Brooklyn. The first area to get gentrified was Williamsburg, not a black area, but it relaxed people to move to other areas. Once Barlcays opened up, it was a wrap!.

After Philly & Baltimore, there is no where to live comfortably in such prime real estate. Baltimore is close to philly(over 5 million in population in the metro), D.C.(5 mil. in the metro), NYC(8 mil.) and Boston(over 4 mil.). Don't forget Baltimore itself is surrounded by Howard country, Baltimore county, and Harford county, that is at least 2,000,000 in population. Baltimore is prime real estate that is going for cheap due to bad publicity, and the large amount of blacks which this country deemed people that are the opposite of wealth, and the image you think of when you think of wealth itself.

Keep on sleeping on Baltimore. We like it that way
:jawalrus:
Many Baltimore suburbs are very well off. The core city itself has very large slum zones.

Last time I was there the place looked like it had been hit by a bomb. Not just a regular bomb, but a chemical bomb too. Saw some people who looked bugged out of their minds.

Oh yea the suburbs are well off but that has nothing to do with the median income of AAs in the city which is one of the highest in the nation

The sad part is we actually have black folks that buy into it thinking the whole city is like the Wire. When we talk about cities prospering on here Baltimore gets dismissed. You hear more talk about PG county. This thread shows that middle class blacks are eating here. On top of that we have the highest percentage of black owned businesses in the country
