The Comfort Zone
Are you talking about this song?

I loved that song as a kid remember my older brother used to have that return of Drzgon CD and he would bump that song all the time. I remember when that song came out I used to listen that song on my CD Discman walking around like I was the coolest kid in middle school. Hell I got that song on my Spotify liked song Playlist right now.

Yes breh, that song. Possible neg pending :scusthov:

NAH THATS LIKE SAYING
BEYONCE & MICHAEL JACKSON
WERE SUPPOSED TO FALL OFF
AFTER BIG SOLO DEBUTS.

No it's not Beyonce and Michael are icons it's not like that at all we are talking about and individual that got red hot for a period of time. That happens all the time the icons are rare.

Yeah he had the blonde hair, but you respected it because his voice was unfadeable and the Dru Hill songs were incredible.

"Tell Me"
"Never Make a Promise"
"You Are Everything"
"In My Bed"
"5 Steps"
"We're Not Making Love"
"How Deep is Your Love"
"I Should Be"
"Beauty"
"These Are the Times"
and more dope album cuts....

Everybody loved him at that point.

And truth be told, the "Thong Song" wasn't bad, great vocals by Sisqo. The video was a little outlandish, but it was supposed to be a fun song.

I think it was the silver hair tho that did him in. :francis:

Remember seeing him perform wild Wild West with Will Smith on some award show and saw what was to my mind the end of the road for him.

Most of all I remember feeling sorry for Hammer at the time, because he was run outta rap for this very shyt here. The man was years ahead of his time.

:gucci: How did you come to this conclusion if this was before thong song was a single?

A few years ago he was on the show The Real to promote his new album and he was playing a game where he was putting on panties.:dame:

I remember thinking how D'angelo had just dropped his new album too but I could never see D'angelo playing a game were he's putting on panties. But Sisqo was ok with it

You think that's the first and only time sisqo has worn a female underwear:usure::dame:He felt right at home

ATL…overly
I literally was thinking that when I saw this thread.
Those strings was on fire. :ohlawd:

Then with a nice Timberland-type production on top

Inthelab2.JPG

Production. The song was written and produced by Sisqó, and Tim & Bob, the duo of Tim Kelley and Bob Robinson. Songwriters Desmond Child and Draco Rosa receive songwriting credit because of the interpolation of part of their composition, "Livin' la Vida Loca" (originally recorded by Ricky Martin), in the song's lyrics

This was one of the GOAT late 90s/early 00s beats :wow:

Hold up the singwriters for "Livin la Vida Loca" got their hands in the cookie jar for that one line in "Thong Song"? :dwillhuh:

If Sisqo went back to 2000 at his peak and did it all over again, what could he do differently to prolong his career?

Was the fall inevitable?
