1993 was my favorite version of him. Dude was still freakishly athletic but his game was more complete overall.
I still believe that his absolute best year could've been 1994. The bulls also added Kukoc and Kerr to that 3-peat team (Grant was still there).
That's what pissed people off when he retired 3 days before the preseason started.

He was already unanimously considered to be the GOAT in 1993. Everything after that was just icing on the cake.

This. He was the modern day Jim Brown when he retired the first time. His legend would probably be even greater now if he never came back based on the "what if" factor as well as the media/corporate hype.
