He was considered the greatest ever by a lot before he retired and his second go around affirmed it for most everyone else.

What he did to Stacey Augmon, Gerald Wilkins (lol), John Starks and Dan Majerle in the playoffs should be rated R (or NC-17) :scust:

Look at the names though:scusthov:

Not really impressive when you think about it.....but I'll let you Jordan stans have this thread:sas2:

How about Clyde Drexler and Reggie Miller? Those names big enough for you?

We talking about the 93 playoffs breh.

And just to answer your question, since when was Reggie Miller and Drexler known for man to man defense?:sas1:

Again, I'll let you Jordan stans live, but those names are not impressive (besides Augmon):sas2:

Dan Majerle breh?:usure:

Reggie Miller breh?:comeon:

John Starks breh?:dahell:

Gerald Wilkins breh?:what:

They were all very good defenders :what:

1990s babies :snoop:

I was born in 83....dropped 9 days after the Thriller video dropped:ahh:

Tayshaun Prince, Ron Artest, Tony Allen, James Posey, Kawhi Leonard,....those are all very good defenders.

The only one listed who had great defense was Stacey Augmon. Clyde Drexler?:mjlol:

The other ones were all average at best, in comparision to the elite defenders of today, and points to the direct level of competition that Jordan faced back then as a perimeter player....but Ima let you Jordan stans live, because regardless he's the GOAT:yeshrug:

Your right it doesn't compare to the killers Kobe faced in his 09 title run

Ronnie Brewer, Shane Battier, Dahntay Jones, and Courtney Lee

:mjlol:

Why are we talking about Kobe in a Jordan thread?:dwillhuh:

You Jordan stans:snoop:

Was that supposed to be funny.
Yeh and no, Because who do you know was at the top of their game and just left because their father got killed? Jordan had played only 10 years. You think Kobe would retire if his pops died? So yeah, Jordan was responsible for his dad's death, people may not like how that sounds, but why else would you leave the game in your prime, but then during your last years play for the Wizards?
