breh WIZARDS jordan at 38-40 was sticking it to a lot of those defenders

He was the GOAT breh....Im not disputing that or saying he wasnt.

All I said was, that 93 run of "defenders" wasnt an impressive list of names that they are acting like and then Jordan stans wanna get up in arms.

Prime Jordan would've still got his numbers against the Spurs of last year, but he damn sure wouldnt have dominated the Spurs like he did the 1993 Phoenix Suns in the playoffs. The defenders werent that good back then as they are today.

There was no zone allowed back then like it is today, plus illegal defense was called back then....not today:mjpls:

Jordan would still score, but no way would he average 41 points per game against the Spurs of last year in the NBA Finals:manny:

Hell, he averaged 32.2 ppg on only 40% FG from the field against John Starks in that very same 1993 NBA playoff run....Kawhi Leonard is a better defender than 6'3 John Starks:sas2:

Lol you have to be kidding me. With these rules in place Jordan would've decimated Leonard who can't stay with him at all and bullied manu in the post.

Leonard would've picked up quick fouls tring to guard michael and old azz duncan and wack azz splitter at the rim is getting yammed on

Newwz continues to show why he's a terrible poster :pachaha: You were 9 in 1983 how da fukk do you know what jordan faced in the 93 playoffs

You're just reading names off rosters the simple fact you think john starks or dan marejle was the only person who defended mike is exposing your self

93 Knicks had a 99.7 Def Rtg....the 2014 Spurs had a 102.4 Def Rtg.

To put it in perspective, the 2014 Spurs would've been the 2nd best defensive team in the NBA in 1993 behind the Knicks:sas1:

And Kawhi Leonard is a better man to man defender than Starks was:sas2:

If not, then what are you arguing?:dahell:

I said Jordan would've still gotten buckets, but no way would he have done the Spurs like he did the Suns.

Right....but they also couldnt play zone or get called for illegal defense.

Why do yall keep leaving that out? You think the Spurs would REALLY just play Jordan heads up with Leonard and not have the defense focused on him like they've done to numerous other perimeter players of today?

A simple Box and 1 zone defense, and forcing Scottie Pippen to beat you would be something the Bulls had never faced before, because it wasnt allowed.
