you have to reconsider what you believe God is to understand biblical passages

remember in ancient times God(s) was a way to explain the unexplained (natural and unnatural phenomena)

the understanding in the Bible (one omniscent, omnipresent, omnipotent) is that there is God AND Creation.

This cant be understated. Most people consider Creation to be just the earth and visible heavenly bodies. When in Biblical sense was reality itself....

therefore God was thus perceived as the other consciousness driving reality itself. Reality would deal harsh lessons to people which was then rendered as the laws of god(s)

it wasnt until Monotheism emerged in Egypt that scribes/prophets began considering that it was one entity.

Now if you go overseas to China, they always had the taoist concept of Yin Yang (Fu Xi and Nu Wa the male and female portions of the tao/great spirit)

you have to dig down to your most foundational perception of the world to really make sense of what is written in the bible both old and new

folks watch to much XMen and comics and end up with goofy concepts in their head. Its not their fault either because the Kings of antiquity played dress up :martin:

all other ground is sinking sand :wow:

what is considered truth is often just an assumption built ontop of generational lies.

The challenge with studying the bible is reading it as it presented while removing the dogma that gets commonly attached (which is how most of us were introduced to the books). If the God of the Bible is revealed to one group of people, the other cultures who have not received said covenant are essentially playing the telephone game...at best, attempting to describe the creator in a manner that makes sense to them (Kemet)

"thy kingdom come on earth, as it is in heaven" (Matthew 6:9)- The messiah teaching his brehs how to pray. There is an unseen kingdom not visible to man that has existed prior to the creation of the physical earth.

Prior to the Mosaic law being given in the wilderness, you had Adam and his children giving offerings....You had Abraham himself being blessed by Melchizedek and giving him offerings(Hebrews 7:1-10)

9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Brehs saw the Messiah in the physical form, and watched him elevate in a "cloud"...and said I'm coming back in the same way :wow::ufdup:

The esoteric/gnostic perspective isn't consistent with the Hebrew text. People that speak of "christ consciousness" show their ignorance of the Torah and why the Messiah had to get beat to begin with.

4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats, I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold. (Revelations 4:4)

This kingdom described again in detail.

(2 Esdras 54-56)

The reason why we have Kemetic, eastern philosophy, Gnosticm is you have groups of people trying to describe the Creator and the creation without having direct communication with said creator. YHWH chopped it up with Moses like a friend.."wrestled" with jacob man to man, spoke to Abraham like a man, etc. Esdras tells us he ain't do that with all nations, only one.

The law was presented, the law was accepted then rejected, consequences were dished out for breaking the agreement, finally, blood had to be shed for the reconciliation...the "grafting back in" so to speak. (Romans 11:24)

The Creator isn't schitzo or has multiple personalities...I think man underestimates how seriously TMH takes contracts and agreements lol. @Robbie3000

7 The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.
8 The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

Perfection, no preservatives or artificially flavoring needed :banderas:

The the idea of God making us is the most fukked up part in of itself. He deliberately created an inferior race that he has complete authority over. Like, why not make gods equal to himself:patrice:

If the Christian God is real, then he created us to be unable of understanding him or holding him accountable for anything.

Its like if Michael jordan broke his sons legs as a child so that he doesn't grow up to be a better athlete

But wait a minute, he can be the best wheelchair basketball player :troll:

The created are always subject to the creator. Your hubris is your true weakness and will be your down fall if you give in to it.

Request foreshadowing Christs sacrifice, covenant made through blood and the reflection of an action God would eventually take upon himself.

A covenant not made arbitrarily as you need the cooperation of a man you will carry your lineage through.

Repulsion to such a request is natural; it requires absurd extreme action, despite the constant minimizing of the action from one who actually committed to it, thsnk you will suffice
The audacity of this thread are the created thinking they know better than the creator, based on their limited knowledge.

It's like people who don't know medicine thinking the doctor cutting them open is harming them when he's actually healing them.

The irony of this statement is that the experiments required to gain the knowledge necessary for surgery to be succesful were branded abominable and heretical by the religious, and had to be conducted in secret.

You make way too many assumptions trying to appear intelligent. It was an analogy and now you're trying to expand the scope of the arguement. Believe what you want that's your business. The truth will find you when you close your eyes for the last time.

the spirit of god moved upon the waters that were formless and gave them form

i meditate on this precept all the time :wow: fundamentally we are still apart of the waters despite being formed and when our bodies whither we will return back to those very same waters...born again :wow:

this underlying substance is unchanging and infinite in the same nature as the spirit of god. The 6 days of creation in essence are still happening because what god decrees are eternal. He needs no book nor does he need man for that matter.

i think many folks forget that creation is still what it is as was decreed from the beginning. IE in orthodoxy ...the waters are defined as the Virgin (Theotokos) thus their claim of "Mother of God"

it still boggles my mind that people do not see the parallel of jesus birth and genesis 1.

the serpent is the tongue rather than some strange mythical creature. Adam deceived Eve which ultimately resulted in his own self-deception thus the introduction of sin into the world.

Didn’t cacs use the Bible to justify slavery

Cacs have used everything under the sun to perpetuate their wickedness on this planet...including b*stardizing the bible.

In the Torah, if you were poor or had to pay off a debt, you could be an indentured servant to a family for 7 years. After 7 years, debt is paid and you could go about your business. It was honorable. That was the year of Jubilee

13 In the year of this jubilee ye shall return every man unto his possession.

14 And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbor, or buyest ought of thy neighbor's hand, ye shall not oppress one another.
(Lev 25: 13-14)

These devils took that concept and for 500 years raped, robbed, and oppressed the negro.

the lack of commentary about the sons of Japheth is telling :unimpressed:

Noah cursed Canaan indeed (the progenitors of Rome)...not saying I agree with the Nation of Islam but where there is smoke there is fire

Gates of Alexander - Wikipedia

The Gates of Alexander was a legendary barrier supposedly built by Alexander the Great in the Caucasus to keep the uncivilized barbarians of the north (typically associated with Gog and Magog[1]) from invading the land to the south.

The wall, also known as the Caspian Gates, has been identified with two locations: the Pass of Derbent, Russia, or with the Pass of Dariel, a gorge forming a pass between Russia and Georgia with the Caspian Sea to the east. Tradition also connects it to the Great Wall of Gorgan (Red Snake) on its south-eastern shore.

These fortifications were historically part of the defence lines built by the Sasanians of Persia, while the Great Wall of Gorgan may have been built by the Parthians.

A similar story about such a wall is mentioned in al-Kahf ("The Cave"), the 18th chapter of Quran. According to this narrative, Gog and Magog (Arabic: يأجوج ومأجوج‎ Yaʾjūj wa-Maʾjūj) were walled off by Dhul-Qarnayn (possessor of the Two Horns), a righteous ruler and conqueror who reached the farthest point of the Earth. The barrier was constructed with melted iron sheets like red flames.[2]

Ive always found it intriguing that the state of Judah was in league with Egypt by archaelogic record but is not mentioned in detail in the Neviim and Ketuvim
