I wanna say the 90s. I'm an 80s baby (84'), that grew up as a kid in the 90s. As I've seen glimpses of shyt like this tho....it's the 70s.

I had to change my perspective. Homie in a skating in the 70s, using modern slang, and dripped up, like a ngga that could be standin on a block somewhere in 2020. His whole swag...

That shyt 40+ years ago. We see our elders, today, and it's hard to envision them like this, or in their youth. We just spun it and built off the foundation, they created back then tho. The slang, the cussin, music, etc.

The 80's had more of a impact of modern black culture than 70's or the 90's.

90s is still influencing stronger and longer than the 70s

not hating or denying the 70s at all though ... its 30 years later and people are still trying to bring 90s back
youll see shades of the 70s in little things now, but most people born later dont really understand how shyt was back then

the same people who "try to bring the 90s back" dont even realize that you can break the 90s down into pieces when technology swept through too 92 - 95 - 98 were all very different
if they dont even understand that concept, they arent gonna grasp the 70s like that

The 70’s and 90’s piggybacked off of each other.

...but it would have to be the 90’s.

‘90-‘93, ‘94-‘96, and ‘97-‘99 each had their own little world that defined them.

I still think that the late 90’s sucked compared to early and mid 90’s.

A lot of old heads said they had the most fun in the 80’s and miss it.

2010’s is still hot garbage.
