So you said you didn't disrespect them? Explain these:comeon:

I've never liked serch anyways so posting some old video isn't going to sway my opinion.

Eminem would rap circles around Iron Solomons long last dad.

It isn't revisionist history these dudes did not give a fukk about rap.

No it does not lol I hate when people say things like that. That's Backpack logic 101.

Comparing 3rd bass to Eminem is hilarious its your opinion so what ever. I've yet to see or hear anything about 3rd bass.

Lol that video isn't of significance though. The only reason that video got the views it did was because of Nas.

I've never met a MC Serch fan in my life or a 3rd bass.

Not its no. Your just taking it that way since i'm not sitting here dikkriding some white rappers that weren't even that great to begin with. What album after license to ill was worth listening to. They saw a genre being created and hopped on the wagon. They were a punk band these guys had little to no association with rap after the 80's.

Nah not really. No disrespect to beastie boys but they were just riding the wave. They just happen to be in the right place at the right time, and they were originally a punk band. You never seen them ever giving rap props or doing anything with rap later on in their careers.

Eminem had skill to back it up..when eminem came out white rappers were seen as a joke. He made is possible for white rappers to be taken seriously. MC Serch, Vanilla ice, and Whitey Ford were one hit wonders that were just laughed at later on. Eminem is wayyyy more respected then those guys.

If you feel that way then there is really nothing that I nor anyone else can tell you.........

The fact that you think that hip hop was a bandwagon that was worthy of "hopping" on in 85\86 validates everything I pretty much already knew, as far as your knowledge of hip hop is concerned
