I wanna be outraged but dealt with bad kids while getting through school for my main career and parents don’t raise their kids at all anymore. Was his words wrong? Sure, but I dun seen black teachers male and female go off in similar ways, even ones who from the hood and still act hood so spare me the face pls.

Seriously though, White man should know he aint got no business talkin like that buttttt that nikka wasnt lying. These kids need to hear exactly what some of them are on the path to so they can change it. It’ll be a breh that remember that cac teacher.

Most of their music is poison to the community, so most of them were still right. I can’t imagine selling poison for a buck.

This is happening in elementary schools and HS across the country. In some cases the teacher isn’t yelling and is instead calmly passing these kids through with a D average until graduation.

It’s easier to shyt on teachers than it is to admit we’ve got a broken social/family situation, we’re stacking failed generations on failed generations, and nothing is changing. Our idea of fixing schools is dumping money on them, which goes…somewhere, but not to students or teachers.

I'd never teach these classes. I don't have the temperament. The parents are horrible. Trying to be friends with kids instead parenting. Well should I say parent. Most of these kids are from Strong independent single mother homes.

For reference, I'm 24, in high school a good number of my teachers were in this Teach for America program; younger, post-grads looking for volunteer hours and shyt.

They were diverse, some Black but a few cacs and hispanics too, they all really worked with and went up to bat for us, but some of the cacs were trying too hard to be down, one even asked us, "why do you guys say nikka? It sounds weird"...along with the ultra liberal stuff they sometimes sneaked in, it felt like they could've went full cac at times

I heard this same speech hundreds of times from black teachers growing up.

Some of these Students from the hood between the ages of 11-16 are the absolute worst. They are straight up demonic. I still have trauma from my middle school.
