I was the bad kid growing or was friends with them. Sometimes we take them there for shyts and giggles. These rants don't come out of nowhere. I remember when I made this one teacher quit and go back to AfricaI've made slat least 3 quit/switch classes, from a private school, where they had corporal punishment. I would be on the news if I was a child nowadays

But its not really funny tho these pplbare literally being harassed on the job, by ppl they are providing a service to. I didn't realize that shyt until I worked at a day camp.

So if this cac didn't use the nword or doesn't have a history of this shyt then im on his side.

Whether or not they actually fire him, he's done as a teacher.

No matter what you are supposed to be the adult in the situation and hes throwing a tantrum as though he is a child. How can you say 'i want to be here' while saying you don't care what happens to the students at the same time?

He clearly doesn't want to be there anymore and he's stuck because if you have an education degree teaching is pretty much your only option. Hes not cut out for this kind of work and needs to do something else.

Even the young lady recording.. has her camera out in class, grinning while the teacher is going off on them thinking it's funny.

Her mom didn't care that her daughter was on her phone in class recording, the focus is all on the teacher.

I wouldn't want my kids if I had any, being primarily taught by cacs partly because of shyt like this, and there's decent/great majority-Black schools, public and private so miss me with that but be honest, if jits weren't making it easy when I was in high school, I know for sure they're even worse
