Teacher should be fired. You can't go on a rant like that teaching kids, black kids at that.

That being said, some kids need to be removed from the school well before a teacher gets to this point.

I legit thought about becoming a teacher for 5 seconds...then I said with my temper, I'd probably fight one of them mfers...

They really don’t… I know several teachers that make like 60k. They only work like 9 months out of the year as well. Throw in summer school, they’re close to 70k. Balling? No but definitely decent.

It's state to state/County to county. My girl is a teacher. In Chicago (which are some of the highest paid in the country) they make close to 70k starting out.

Republicans crippled the department of education so that people hate going to school because stupid people vote for the GOP, so the less educated people are the better for them. It’s just ridiculous they thought that would be the optimal strategy, because now America can’t function because nobody has a proper education.

Male cac teachers are college professor rejects. Facts

Teaching kids in school and becoming a college professor have almost nothing in common, they don't attract the same sort of people at all. College professor rejects work in research labs or the "academia industry", they don't start teaching kids. The degrees you get to become a college professor and the degrees you get to become a teacher ain't even the same.

Most teachers teach because that's what they want to do or because that's the only job they could think of doing. Only examples I know of "rejects" teaching is english/history majors who wanted to be writers but can't get a steady paycheck so they think they'll just teach until they make it big. (Stephen King and company).

Okay, finally got to listen to it now that my daughter out of the room and at folk in here saying it wasn't racist.



The way he went to that welfare well like three times and called them "a statistic" and was talking about "my tax dollars" showed you what kinda time he was on. I've heard worse rants in terms of swearing or violence or whatever, he was pretty much under control, he chose to use those exact words.


Kids may have been acting up but he did a shyt job of reaching them, even if he had been Black that would have been a terrible uppity-sounding disengaged "motivation". If you're going to rant then you better either show your pain or connect to the kids' pain. He didn't sound like he actually connected to the kids at all, he was just berating them from his position of "superiority".

I've taught classes in the hood. Some of these kids can be straight up demons.

I'm lucky my classes were electives and kids wanted to be there.

Not going to change anything. They need to bring back parent teacher night and make those mandatory for kids to pass. For all grades, even high school. Meaning your parents gotta show up. These kids act buck wild because they have no one to answer to and the teachers have no rapport built with their families.

I won’t lie, her even chewing gum like that has me annoyed as shyt.

I know a dude, one of the genuinely nicest people I know, who just graduated and is teaching at a school that has a lot of challenging kids. In the last six months this guy’s motivation for change has already been hardened and you can see the change in him. Those kids are super a$$holes and they know teachers can’t do shyt.
